Meeting Times: The JCSA Executive Committee elected to change the time of the regular general membership meetings to 7 pm instead of the usual 7:30 pm. Meetings are still the last Tuesday of each month (except Nov & Dec when they are the second Tuesday. The change became effective with the July 29, 2008 meeting and will remain in effect until changed by the EC.  Executive Committee meetings at 7 pm on the third Thursday of each month in the clubhouse at the shotgun range were re-scheduled in favor of having them in combination with the regular membership meetings on the last Tuesday of each month.

Nominations for Elective Offices were opened at the October 27 membership meeting and will remain open until closed at the November 10 meeting. Officers may be elected by acclamation at the November meeting if no other nominations are not forthcoming from the floor. Check the "Members Only" page for the October meeting minutes to see a list of the nominees and check the by-laws about how elections are conducted in the event there is more than one nominee for an office.

Membership Dues for the 2010 calendar year will be determined by vote of the members present at the November 10th member meeting. If no action is taken they will remain unchanged and renewal notices will be mailed with the newsletter in late November. Renewal forms and new-member applications will be available at the range office and on the "FAQ" and "Members Only" pages of this site after the November meeting.
